The Whitestone Volunteer Ambulance Service is looking for volunteers. If you wish to join fill out the on-line application and we will contact you. For addtional MEMBERSHIP information complete the on-line application or send an E-Mail and we will contact you. To join the organization one must be at least 18 years of age and must possess a valid NYS Drivers License. The NYS Emergency Medical Technician course, taught by NYS Certified EMT instructors, members of the organization at Ambulance Headquarters. Training classes are provided at no charge to members.
For young adults the Whitestone Volunteer Ambulance has a YOUTH SQUAD. The Youth Squad is for youngsters between the ages of 15 and 18. The Youth Squad is designed to give career and community oriented youngsters a learning experience in the EMS field, a sense of responsibility, commitment and dedication to an organization and community in need.
